We start our trial process with an In person strategy session with one of our team. This can be a general chit chat about your reasons for joining CP or we can get you assessed which is entirely up to you, at CP we are about an overall spectrum of results. Body assessments are completely optional.
Starting your first session the coach will already know you by name, and don’t worry we will never let you train outside your capabilities, if you’re looking for gruelling sick bucket sessions, we probably won’t be for you. Depending on your levels, you’ll do very little at your first session. After your first session expect a follow up call or text from Jess to see how the session went.
Throughout your 30 day trial you’ll have up-to four check-ins to see how you’re finding the training, community & coaching .after your 30 days we will sit down & see if CP is a good fit for you & you for us.
You can choose from over 50 sessions per week, jump around the timetable to suit your busy schedule. 90% of our members started on our 30 day trial.
