Fuel Hive is a digital platform that enables gyms, personal trainers, sporting clubs, health facilities, and related service providers (“Users”) to create profiles, promote services, and connect with customers.
By registering or using Fuel Hive, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Fuel Hive operates on a subscription-based model.
Listings (including gyms, trainers, clubs, and facilities) are charged on an annual basis.
All memberships are set to automatically renew each year unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorise Fuel Hive to process recurring annual payments for your membership.
Fuel Hive does not process, hold, or manage payments between Users and their customers.
All payments for:
Memberships
Classes or sessions
Products or merchandise
Services
…are handled directly by the User through their own connected payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).
Fuel Hive:
Does not charge commission on these transactions
Is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or financial issues
By using Fuel Hive, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
Ensure you are appropriately qualified, insured, and authorised to offer your services
Only promote services that comply with applicable laws and regulations
Ensure all listings and content are truthful and not misleading
Users must not:
Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
Upload or share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
Misrepresent services, qualifications, or business information
Use the platform in a way that damages Fuel Hive or other Users
Fuel Hive reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Suspend or permanently disable any account
Remove or edit listings and content
This may occur where a User:
Breaches these Terms
Engages in misconduct
Acts in a way that may harm other Users, customers, or the integrity of the platform
No refunds will be issued in cases of serious misconduct or breach of terms.
While we aim to provide a reliable service:
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access
Features and functionality may be updated, modified, or removed at any time
Fuel Hive acts solely as a platform provider.
We are not liable for:
Any business losses, loss of income, or reputational damage
Disputes between Users and their customers
Any transactions conducted outside of Fuel Hive
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
